Does anyone know anything about "Eclipse" Broadband?

Website with unlimited usage info here

I've been using it since I've been living with K (well, since I've had a computer) and it seems good. I can't get the same pacakge as K has since I'm not a business user, but it's cheaper than BT and still has good connection speed (even out here in the sticks) low drop rate and free modem etc.

I've heard good things about their customer service, just wondered if any of you had any other experiences?

Phew!

Don't know how long this will last. Computer is working tonight, new mouse and keyboard plugged into usb ports and both working, screen on, no problems. Obviously just a temperamental computer!!

Well, Garry can have his mouse & keyboard back, my next thing to do is get a power cord for the screen that doesn't sizzle and make scary electrical noises everytime I touch it.

The showers at work are amazing, i think I may shower there all the time, a whole shower room to myself, cleaned by someone else, big shower cubicle, hooks to hang stuff, nice rattan matting on the floor and free speedo brand shampoo/conditioner/shower gel etc!! Cool!!

Now I'm home, about to start getting warm for the evening, floor in here is chilly so big socks are the first thing.

I'm not really commenting much in peoples journals. No real reason except I don't feel like I have anything worth saying. I love you guys and I'm always reading, sympathising, laughing, enjoying even if I don't comment.

*hugs*

Dad was telling me about some companies on the internet who are offering packages for people to download which give you the ability to watch digital tv on your computer. It seems there is a one off payment you can make to these companies (~36 euros) which buys you a package to load onto your computer which allows you to do this, but I'm quite suspicious.

Firstly I don't know if this kind of thing is even a) possible or b) legal. How does it work? Will it work for laptops as well? Do you get reasonable programs or is it "Bratislava TV" type stations?

Is there anyone in my vastly intelligent group of friends who knows anything about this because it sounds too good to be true (which these things usually are)

I finally have a wireless network router set-up on dads broadband which is projecting 54 Mbps of connectivity around the house. This post is brought to you by the marvel of 'ZeeNet' wifi. It is supposedly able to be set up by your average-joe type within 3 minutes, I however am not that joe and it took me 15 minutes, I refuse to feel bad about this as I got a call from my one and only "tech support" customer who needs some help with their internet connection and I am going round to help later on. *squee*

My headache/migraine nastiness has not departed this time like it has since I started having them. Usually I get uptight and stressed out, then as I relax or come down from that stress I get a migraine. I take magic pink pills (which offset the deathness) and all is well again.
Possible TMI )
For now though, have battled technology and won, so now need tea.
