Thank you for the hugging and best wishes. The side-effects seem hell bent on doing their full 4-day stint so this will be quick.
Yesterday was hell, dizzy, sick and headachey all day in any position other than lying down. Lying down got old quickly so I tried to force myself into normality with a trip to tescos (to be fair, I felt quite fine when we left) which backfired and left me weak and shaky by the time we got home. Gradually improved through the evening, nausea went completely. Last night was a good sleep.
This morning headache is making its presence felt, I can't lift my head without the cement skullcap falling into place and even sitting up like this with my head bent forward is making me hot/cold and go all shaky.
I'm very grumpy.
