I left work with a bit of trepidation yesterday, but as usual Brian came through. He started without complaint, no battery warning light nothing. All operations worked fine (windscreepers being the biggest test) and we went home without a hitch. I got under his bonnet and checked water levels, all of which were fine, terminals were clean, tight and well greased, in short, I can't find anything wrong.
Next step is to get one of those power checker thingys and check to make sure there isn't anything wrong with the battery itself. I think I saw one in one of the boxes in Garrys room when I was getting the extension lead out.
I got a beautiful, gorgeous picture sent to me last night that just made my heart swell with happiness and pride... Garry finished emptying and sorting the boxes in his room, and after a quick vacuum he has a tidy room, all the "stuff" is tidily on shelves, the sofa is uncluttered (until I get there anyway :o)) and he has space!! I'm so proud.
Now it's work time, I leave at noon for the medical experimentation to begin. I'll try to keep you posted....
