The Bear went to creche today for the 3rd time, wailed for about 5 minutes until Beth was out of sight, then played happily for 2 hours, wailed for 5 minutes when he saw her coming back again and then was perfectly happy once they were back in the car. Looks like the separation anxiety is just about over.
In other news, I took Alex to school this morning. After I dropped him off I was walking home behind the mother of one of his little friends. As I walked I noticed that she was wearing bright green (luminous) thong and suspenders, with black fishnets, under see-through skin-tight white trousers. Classy ensemble for dropping your kids off at school eh?
I'm home now and back to my normal on-line life, my inbox is a bit nutso so I have some catching up to do, I should be caught up by tonight though.. I type quite quickly.
Oooh, something a bit odd for your consumption...
In a sort-of poly situation, I used to date a guy who was also seeing someone else on occasion (we'll call her L.) He and I met up with L for coffee one day a while ago and she seemed nice enough. He and I broke up, and then I met up with Alan and started sort-of dating him, Alan & I were chatting a little while ago about this girl he'd started talking to on OkCupid, she was apparently very into the idea of bondage (he does Japanese rope bondage) and they'd been discussing the idea of meeting up to see how they got on.
Last time I was staying with him, he showed me her profile on OkC and bugger me (well, don't) if it's not L!! So, I blurted out "OMG I know her" and the whole connection came out, I think at first he didn't believe me, but I told him some of the things I knew about her which she'd previously discussed with him. I just find the whole thing really bizarre, my ex and Alan are so completely different, what are the chances??
Anyway, Alan's going up to meet her today so I told him to say "Hi" from me :o) I wished him luck and lots of rope!!
Right, that's it. I have a fabby weekend to look forward to, I have to get washing done and sort my head out beforehand so I'll bid you a fond adieu for now.
