My first meal of the day, Enchiladas for dinner, I do love them so, I love the smell as I am cooking the middle mixture, I love the feel of the flour tortillas as they warm up with the hot mix inside, I love the texture of the cheese inside as well as on top and I love the flavour of each and every mouthful as I chew and then swallow.

The day they invent a single pill containing all our daily nutrition, is the day I die.
