Fab nights sleep, up early again this morning. 1 piece of jam toast and apple juice with vitamin. Drive to work was quite easy, no big traffic jams and easy parking in the multi-story so I didn't get really wet until I walked to the building.

Later today (after more standardised testing) I need to speak with Helen (big boss) about my regular day off to start the Self-esteem course.

Now, in preparation for my day......I need to suck some blood. !!!
