Sleepy sort of Monday

I really didn't want to get up this morning...so I didn't :o)
We had a nice cuddle in bed after I woke up at shortly before noon, then had breakfast in bed and eventually got up at about 2pm?! I had a few things I wanted to get done today, not the least of which was getting the floors clean, Red spray painted the back of the new 3 ft fishtank in black and ended up with a fine film of paint over the floors in the kitchen and living room, as well as bits of the bathroom. I managed to get it off after a few hours on my hands and knees with a green scrubber and all the flors are now completely clean, including the bedroom which got a very thorough vacuuming.
Last evening we watched a movie I've somehow not seen for 14 years since it was made: "Shawshank Redemption" and it was very good, not your average feel good film but the ending was sorta satisfying. We've also got "V for Vendetta" which neither of us have seen and "Hocus Pocus" which is kooky but one of my favourite movies. Tonight we're watching Serenity after a dinner of Roast Chicken with yorkshire puds, veg, potato wedgie things and gravy *Yum*.
I've finally got round to sorting out all the house pictures now the decorating is done, they're all on facebook and I've got copies of them in photobucket as well, it's remarkable the difference that a paint job and clean up has made, the house feels fresh and new, while still cosy and welcoming (or "bijou" as my sister describes it)
We're still waiting for a view of the baby bristlenoses, we know that at least 1 has hatched as we saw it, still with it's yolk sack attached up near the filter on Saturday morning, but it appears daddy has hustled it back to the spawning site and he's still standing guard over whatever he's got in the hole in the wood..babies?? eggs?? gold?? who knows, but I hope we get to see them soon, it's been over 7 days now and they should hatch in 5-7 days so......
Well, I'd better go get stuff for dinner going, chicken's smelling lovely and we need the rest of the trimmings to go with :o)
