Disgusting

Good Morning World
Today I shall mostly be disgustingly cheerful. Last night as soon as i got back to the house I started an ironing marathon, did 2 weeks of shirts for Giles and my extraneous "bits" that don't tend to get done. Then I settled down to listen to the Radcliffe & Maconi show on Radio 2, I had a shower and washed my hair, smoothed my rough bits and moisturised.
I had a bit of a junk-food-a-thon last night, ate a whole "sports bag" tube of jaffa cakes and drank half a bottle of sprite, then ate bread and butter with tea.
I started reading a book, Matthew Reillys "Ice Station" at about 9:30pm... 688 pages and 3.5 hours later I finished the book and put it down. I love books that grab you in the first chapter, wrap you up tightly in story, character and plot, then refuse to let you go until you finish.
I slept well, still no dreams (that's over a month now) woke up this morning feeling good, bouncy and terribly chipper. I'm all packed with my bag in the car, heading for Bracknell tonight to spend the night with Paul, probably drunk, and when I feel human tomorrow I'm driving to Garrys for the rest of the wkend. Who knows? with good weather we might even get to spend the wkend with Rosie!?
It's a grey old day in Nottingham today, but ain't nuthin' gonna dampen these spirits!!
