Compliance Review

I feel so much better. By 8:45am today I was fighting the urge to vom, and when Emma and Brenda came to my desk I thought I was going to lose it right then and there. I managed to keep it together until we were in the interview, at which point Brenda said she wouldn't keep me in suspense, I scored a 1:1. Grade 1 for both Mortgage code of business and Insurance code of business!!

I have also been promoted to a 1.3 (Senior Sales Adviser) which has a small payrise in it, but Lyn is (hopefully) going to be really pleased when he gets back from his holiday. Both Robin and I (the 2 in our team being reviewed) passed, which will give him kudos with the rest of the managers.

I am so chuffed, I can't even say how good I feel about this, I have some of the bounce back in my step. Brenda said she really enjoyed listening to my calls, they made her smile and laugh, she said I have amazing customer service skills and my pride values are evident in each and every call I take. I am also (so far) the only agent under review at my location to score a perfect Grade 1 which has got me a few congratulatory emails from people waaaaay high up in telephone channels.

Alex will be waking me up early, so it's bedtime for me.
