Tonight I have installed winamp, found virgin radio and (with a little help from a clever clogs) also found Radio 2!! I can get uncrackly radio wherever I am now :o)

Now have to figure out whether you really do need at least windows xp to run 02 broadband, or if it's just the software installation that it's needed for....

If you've got a USB broadband router/modem... then I'd guess that you're stuck with whatever they've supplied on the CD - that or you can locate the manufactureres website and see what they've got on there!

Alternatively - if you're not attached to a USB broadband modem, then just go out and buy a normal ADSL router/switch - with an ethernet connection... That's what I've done and you can then program in the connection settings through your browser - after which, any computer connected to the router can find the internet irrespective of the operating system. That's exactly what I've done and I use it with asssorted versions of windows back to W2000 Pro and numerous linux distro's and Solaris. They all work perfectly!
