Use "strike" (inside <> angled brackets) at the beginning and "/strike" at the end.

The bargepole.
The ones in bold I've read, the italic'd are those I would like to.

Stupid thing is, I kept forgetting the "/" when I was done and having to go back and find it. First time I posted it they were bold for the first third and then bold and italicised from there on. It took a number of edits to get it right.

Then you added the strikeout......25 minutes later I had a version I wasn't ashamed to post.

Honestly, not normally this inept...
