Well, it's something I have a bit of a reputation for. Lyn is just really excited that he gets to tell Emma (our Level 3) that someone in our department "has balls!" (his words)

As I explained to Lyn, they can set us all the same PA as soon as they set us all on the same level. If they really don't want someone to get into 'Prism' (the software) and set all the SA's to the same line priorities before the new software come in, then I won't sign my performance agreement until the new software. I haven't said I'll never sign it, which I think is what he's most happy about.
