Amazing Restorative
A bath is an amazing thing. I spent the better part of an hour, drifting by candlelight through a Giltrap-led 'meditation', the scent of the bath was subtle enough that nothing really disturbed my brain, I lay thinking about the mental pictures the music evoked in me and ended up telling myself a little story which had the effect of shutting off the nasty bit of my brain and allowing the peaceful bit to control things for a while.

nutter4 I was wrong it was a melt not a bomb) or in fact anything else dreamy and scent-filled would be fab.
For now I go to watch Starship Troopers and have a glass of something creamy.
